BRAD SEMMENS

Founder & Managing Director

Brad Semmens is an organisational psychology consultant, executive coach, and change management practitioner with more than a decade of experience working across Australian organisations.

Through his consulting firm, Objective Consulting, Brad has worked with business owners, executive teams, government departments, and growing organisations across sectors including construction, finance, infrastructure, retail, and professional services. His work has focused on leadership development, culture transformation, performance management, and strategic growth.

Brad brings over 2,000 hours of professional coaching experience and formal qualifications including a Master of Business Psychology (current), a Bachelor of Business Management (HRM), and internationally recognised change and behavioural certifications. Employield was created as a natural extension of this consulting work,  designed to embed strong people and performance systems into organisations in a practical and scalable way.

SEAN DE CASTRO

Marketing & Customer Experience Manager

Sean De Castro brings nearly two decades of experience across executive support, operations management, marketing coordination, and administration.

Throughout his career, Sean has worked closely with founders and executive teams across industries including real estate, financial services, construction, e-commerce, consulting, and investment businesses. His experience spans project coordination, CRM management, marketing campaigns, workflow design, client onboarding, and operational systems, ensuring businesses run smoothly behind the scenes.

At Employield, Sean oversees marketing coordination and customer experience, ensuring communication is clear, responsive, and professional at every touchpoint.

PHILLIP ESPINA

Senior Software Developer

Phillip Espina is a senior software engineer with a background in software engineering, machine learning, data systems, and large-scale application development.

With experience working across international teams in the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Phillip has developed complex systems involving data analytics, forecasting models, AI integration, blockchain solutions, and cloud infrastructure. His technical expertise spans Python, Golang, machine learning frameworks, cloud services, and scalable API architecture.

At Employield, Phillip leads the platform’s technical architecture and development,  ensuring performance, security, scalability, and clean system design.
